Located in the beautiful countryside of Magomadas (province of Oristano), 10 minutes from Bosa, within a private olive grove and among historic Malvasia vineyards, Villa Puttu is the ideal oasis for those seeking relaxation, simplicity, and contact with nature, without sacrificing comfort. A perfect setting for families or groups of friends who want to experience authentic Sardinia in a natural, welcoming, and private way.

This semi-detached villa is a unique structure divided into two independent units, each with its own entrance, private areas, and separate gardens, ensuring maximum privacy. Renovated from a private farmhouse, the villa retains the typical aesthetic characteristics of the area’s country houses.

The villa has a surface area of ​​approximately 100 square meters and is situated on a large private plot of 8,000 square meters. The vegetation consists primarily of olive trees, but also includes other typical Sardinian Mediterranean plants. An ideal place for complete relaxation in the open air.
